Group Intensives

Helping you and your team eliminate barriers and surpass expectations is our goal.

Our intensives are sessions that incorporate individualized assessments and interactions with a specific in-tact project team or work group.  We are frequently called upon by groups that have stalled in the creative or production aspect of a project.  We also work with many groups that are highly productive and motivated but are searching for the way to push their team results to a higher level.  Intensive sessions are often conducted to resolve internal conflicts, increase understanding of group dynamics, or help clarify a mission or initiative.  These sessions are outcome-focused, and generally result in a very specific action plan for the target group.
